Assembly, Fulfillment + Inventory Manager

Hi! We’re looking for someone to join our team to oversee assembly and fulfillment at CW&T.  Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, takes initiative, good with their hands, and loves making stuff.

Within the first month you should have a daily routine in place which will be a mix of assembly and fulfillment work.  As new projects move into manufacturing phases, you may take on sourcing work and coordination with manufacturers.

Primary responsibilities + duties
_

Lead assembly and finishing work.
Create and implement inventory organization and management.
Oversee quality control and production time of inventory.
Produce standard operating procedures documents.
Report and track issues with defective parts.
Fulfillment of daily orders.
Inventory assessment and management.

 

Qualifications
_

Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Good organizational skills.
Good hand-eye coordination to assemble small parts.
Ability to move and organize boxes of inventory.
Ability to use tools and machines.

 

Bonus Skills
_

Fusion 360, CNC machining, 3D printing, sourcing, manufacturing, photography, etc. basically everything else we do at CW&T.

 

Details

You will work 10-20 hours per week and have the freedom to make your own schedule. We are located 2 blocks from the Bedford-Nostrand G train.
