Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, as well as delivery delays due to required customs clearance procedures. As the recipient of an international shipment you may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns for Defective Items
If the item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a full refund or a replacement.
Returns for Unused and Unopened Items
We accept returns for items that are unused and unopened. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging. If the item is customized, we will accept the return but will apply a 20% restocking fee.
Non-Returning Items
Items that show signs of wear and tear from use will not be accepted for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale are not refundable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for unused and unopened items. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. Please note these shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
